An excellent value Italian Bianco, it is fresh and lively with ripe peach and citrus fruit aromas. The finish is crisp
with a shot of racy, zesty acidity.
Côtes de Gascogne, France
This is a smooth and supple medium white wine with a deliciously fresh, fragrant nose and a ripe, green
fruit palate with a lasting finish.
Maipo Valley, Chile
Full of floral and fruity aromas with pineapples, citric fruit and white flowers to the fore. A crisp, minerally wine
with herbaceous notes.
Veneto, Italy
A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit
balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.
Marlborough, New Zealand
A classic Sauvignon from the famous Marlborough area of New Zealand. Passion fruit, citrus, nettles, grass and
pepper. Luscious mouthfeel and very moreish.
Hawkes Bay, New Zealand
A quality Chardonnay from Hawkes Bay. This is a well rounded wine with peach and citrus to the fore and notes of
biscuit. Superb with chicken & meaty fish dishes.
Stellenbosch, South Africa
So fresh and inviting with lovely sweet pea and grass florals alongside soft notes of ripe nectarine and
melon. Great on its own or well suited to spicier dishes.

Harvested late, this is more weighty & complex than regular Soave. Intense aromas and flavours of stone fruit with a long,

This beautiful wine from France’s most famous white wine village has fragrant aromas of grapefruit, citrus with a
hint of minerality. Crisp and juicy in the mouth with grapefruit and orange flavours with notes of almond. A lovely Sancerre!
Central Otago, New Zealand
From the world's most southerly and extreme winemaking area in the South Island of New Zealand comes this
delightful Riesling. It is off- dry with lovely minerality, smoky and very thirst quenchingly grapefruity.

The Gruner Veltliner grape makes one of the most sophisticated white wines of the world and this bio-dynamic, organic
delight is a classic example of just how good it is. Flavours of apricot backed by tangy grapefruit characters leading to a spicy, savoury finish.

Chateauneuf du Pape as an appellation is more famous for it’s reds but it also produces beautiful full-bodied white
wines. This one has rich, ripe pear fruit that develops into a floral and herby, peachiness.

This modern winery has become one of the most talked about wine producers in Spain and this wine shows the reason why. It
has intensely powerful 'toasty' aromatics with ripe melon and pear characters combined with citrus, kiwi and grapefruit on the palate.

California, USA
White Zinfandel is one of the most popular roses and this one is one of the best. Strawberry ice cream flavours on the
nose supported by a bright, fruit packed strawberry jam palate.
Pfalz, Germany
This beautiful, moreish rose is produced by a wine icon, Dr Ernst Loosen.This is a real delight. Full of summer fruits,
especially strawberries and notes of white pepper spice with a tangy off dry taste. It is hard to only have one!

good length.

Bright, wild strawberry and raspberry fruits dominate a soft, supple palate which leads through to a gentle, warming

A scrumptiously soft, juicy Shiraz simply oozing spicy bramble fruit. Supple and silky on the palate with a bright,

The Douro valley famous for Port also produces some stunning red wine, ´Drink Me´ being one of them. A
dark ruby wine with intense red fruit and spicy aromas. On the palate it is vibrant and appealing, with a really long finish. Do what the name says!
McLaren Vale, Australia
An Aussie Shiraz, as it should be with an expressive nose of cedar, spice box, pepper, blueberry and mocha with
layers and layers of spicy fruit and a pleasing elegant finish.

From the outstanding estate of the Rufina district which rivals any Chianti Classico wines for elegance. This wine is
fresh, fruity and approachable with an underlying earthiness.

´Flori´ has all the tell-tale Barolo characteristics with tobacco, leather and violet scented aromas from the Nebbiolo grape. Tannins are firm and
pleasingly supported with plump fruit and a round silky texture, giving a good lengthy finish.

Dark blackcurrant, bramble, spice, smoky plum and wild game combine in this superlative wine from the exciting
Central Otago region which is the most extreme wine making area in the world.

The wine has lots of warm red fruit and damson aromas, with cinnamon, spices and jam but also concentration on the
palate. Followed by a liquoricey richness and elegance to finish. A lovely wine that shows how great a good Châteauneuf du Pape is.

An alluring nose of cedar, tobacco, spice box, and black cherry. A full-bodied, layered, smooth wine with considerable
complexity and the recipient of much gushing praise from wine critics.

A claret from a classic region. It has hints of plum jam on the nose with lovely sweet musk and redcurrant jam fruit. It
has a dry, earthy texture and a long balanced finish.

Everyone has tasted Riojas but not many have tasted one that won a gold medal at the Decanter Wine Awards.This wine is only
produced in the very best years and it is extraordinarily elegant, complex and long.

Deeply perfumed, with aromas of rich fruit cake, dried cherries and plums which give way to a full bodied palate of plum
pudding characters offset by attractive smoky, vanilla spice from the oak ageing. It's rich but still fresh on the finish.

fruits are cherry jam, raspberries and strawberries. The mouthfeel is amazingly silky and sensuous as you'd expect from good Pinot Noir.

Striking and uncompromising Swartland Shiraz from one of the world's great winemakers. It´s well-composed,
complex, mineral, earthy and finely structured with pinpoint acidity and classic tannins.

Corton is the only red wine Grand Cru in the Cote de Beaune region of Burgundy and Follin-Arbelet is one of its finest
exponents. Exhibiting pure fruit and concentrated flavour, this is a rich wine with fine structure and silky tannins, for those who appreciate real finesse.

The Wine House Inn charges 50p for each Jug of water supplied at your table. This amount is donated on a quarterly basis to a certified charity.
